OwnLand Elite Goes Virtual
A few months ago we introduced ‘Ownland Elite’ a new customer experience program designed to make the process of a buying a new residential home or lodge as easy as possible.
As we live in uncertain times with COVID-19, our priority is to our staff, customers and suppliers observing the governments request for social distancing.
We are pleased to announce that ‘Ownland Elite’ will be a virtual service.
Whilst we cannot do site surveys or face to face meetings we can continue offering you a first class service and help with the your home planning using video or conference call facilities, or if you prefer just a phone call or email communication.
There’s probably never been a better time to submit a planning application for a Lawful Development Certificate (LDC), to get things moving. Local councils have prepared well for social distancing and had the infrastructure in place for staff to work remotely at home.
Their staff have more time available to review the applications, as no time is wasted sitting in traffic queues to do site surveys. We understand that the decision for LDC planning applications now lies with the case worker’s in order to assure no delays and relieve the burden from the monthly planning meetings which have to be done remotely
